  2. How many bonus words do you need to gat a bonus? What do the highlighted gold and green letters mean? Are there any setting for this game?

    • It lets you know what the first letter of an available word is, and also how many letters the word has. I see you asked this question some time ago, but I didn’t see that anyone ever answered you. I hope I explained it ok!

  12. Word Stacks is a really hard game. We are spending much time for solve levels. It is taking time but will publish all levels soon. Sorry for delay.

  13. I loved the background choices I had at the beginning. Now I’m stuck with goofy monthly themes. Is there a way I can I go back to the old menu ?

  17. I find the puzzles keep repeating themselves. Doesn’t make me want to keep the game installed on my phone. In addition, I went to the offers list and because I had Matchington Mansion on my phone, I chose the offer for coin rewards for completing level 150 in Matchington Mansion. Before I got to that level, the rewards offer disappeared from my list, as did all the others, and now I’ve completed level 150, but cannot get any rewards from Word Stacks for it!

  18. I cannot find “rules” for the game that explain how to use the spyglass, lightbulb, & other power-ups. Also, why do some letters turn gold when using them? Would enjoy the game more if I could find out how to use the power-ups & other features. Where can I find this info? Have tried to google but with no luck.

    • Hi Ronda. We can explain our experience with Word stacks game. Spyglass will show you first letter from next correct answer for your puzzle game in letters sheet. Lightbulb will show you first letter from correct answer in hidden sheet and you should find this letter and word between all letters. Another one feature – mix letters and will give you new style sheet of same words. If letters become gold means you will use this letter and it is correct letters for the next correct answer for the game. If you have any more questions we will try to help you. Enjoy the game!

    I deleted and re-downloaded and now I’m back to level one! Yikes! How do I get back to MY game

  21. I am locked out after level 194! Can’t figure out how to get it unlocked! Very frustrating as I love this game and am in the middle of a Touney!

  22. I asked for the rules of the game and did not find them anywhere. Could you please tell me things like what are the letters being highlighted for, when the magnifying glass is touched it only gives you one letter, that’s using a lot of points for just one letter. Please give me the details so I can understand what all the details are.

  23. Love the game. Love winning the tourney too! When I collect bonus words in the bonus box it says “each letter is worth a point” if I collect 5 ..5 letter words that’s 25 but no , i only get credit for 5 words. Am I misunderstanding the rule? Or am i missing out on points? I notice when i play the tourney some people move up by thousands of points as if they are getting those multiple letter scores. I can take a screenshot if needed.

  24. How many bonus words does it take to get points? how many points do you get for that many bonus words? What happens if you get not quite enough bonus words? Does it go back to zero?

  25. I’ve reached 600 level, and the theme colors hurt my eyes. Can I change the theme, I can’t seem to see how I can.

    • Hi! Yes you can change the theme. When you open the game before play right side down at the screen you can check and choose themes.

  28. Why do some of the letters turn green?
    What is the deal with the “daily” challenge? There is no hint..and no pattern. It’s just random words?
    In “daily challenge August 1 2019”, I have found 30 hidden words….is this just pointless in the “daily challenge” ? In level challenges the hidden words give you coins….but this just seems to accumulate to nothing…..

  33. I got a new phone so how to feel lost game again. How do I get back to the level I was on? I did connect to Facebook but can’t figure out how to resolve my original games

  34. Hi Peggy, my phone took a dump on me so when I logged back in with my new phone I had the similar issues you are having (unless you have figured it out by now). I had Add’s showing again which is a petpev of mine so I always try to go Add free as soon as I possibly can. Plus I had missing coins. I went into settings then selected “Support”, from there it takes you to email contact, after explaining what happened with my phone Kenny with Word Stacks emailed me back letting me know that he made adjustments so now the Add’s are now gone and they are granting me my coin purchase back to me. I’m sure if you email them and explain what you are experiencing I would think they would work with you like they did with me. I know it can be very discouraging when issues come up and we only want a quick fix because we like the game and/or you’re so invested in the game that you don’t want to give up and stop playing which means when we get so annoyed with the constant “Having to contact support” that it would be much easier to click on “Uninstall” to solve any and all options. I’ve had to get the threat of “I’m going to uninstall this game if I don’t get help”. 99% of the time I would get a reply right away and be given credit, coins, etc. to keep me from uninstalling the App/game. I hope you got the feedback from the support staff that you was hoping for. Good luck with all…

  36. Since yesterday I have tried to get a simple answer. My game appears to be frozen and won’t move to the next level. I really want to play and have enjoyed the game for over a yr.now. HELP: I cannot screenshot, nor do I have any luck with another suggestion.

  40. Today I came second in your Word stacks competition. Now the app has crashed and all there is is a small cross in the right hand corner of my screen I cannot bring it back. I was over. 3000 games in and had many credit points.
